"No episode information is available." Finds correct show but no info?!

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.750
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.8.0.96
OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Debug logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pciTCodTGG4WvWq8VCzIL-zTnAY63Mex/view?usp=sharing
Description of issue:
Hi! I’ve been running Sonarr for a few months now and it’s been great. But the other day it started to not work properly with some series. I added “Taskmaster (NO)” and it finds the correct series and loads the correct header but can’t show season or episode information.

The show is Norwegian but does exist as English on TVDB.

This is a series that I don’t have any previous files off.

I’ve tried deleting the series in Sonarr and re-adding it but with no luck.

What do you guys think the issue is?

Looks fine for me right now, might’ve been caching and the episodes were missing titles in English or air dates. Give it a few hours and let us know if it’s still an issue.

Thank you for your reply!
It’s been sitting like this for days… No change!
I’ve recently done some moving around in my file storage but since I don’t have any files for this show it shouldn’t matter.

Looking at the logs there wasn’t an error refreshing, not sure why they’re all not showing, since they should all be on the API for you as they are for me.

If you enabled debug logs you should see the URL being hit and can pop that in a browser to see what comes out.

Ok I have no idea how and why but it all of a sudden shows up…

It was sitting with “No episode information is available.” for several days… Maybe it was something on TVBD’s end?! Should I still post debug log?

Naw, if they’re there it’s not going to show us anything.

Ok! Thank you for your help anyway!
