Description of issue:
Under wanted cutoff unmet section it doesnt show anything, quality cutoff is met for everything being monitored but there are many whose custom format score hasnt reached the cutoff shouldn’t they be shown in there or do they get an upgrade automatically?
Custom Format scores are not included in that view due to the nature of how they are calculated. That may change in the future, but it’s not something we have planned at this time.
So how do i upgrade episodes(without doing it manually) dub mostly releases a little late so i always get stuck with subs any guide i could follow?
Chatgpt said sonarr checks all epsiodes which havent met cutoff at some specific time per day and then upgrades them does this include the upgrade for custom scores as well?

Yes it does, any upgrade reason.
Ok so the new uploads wont have an issue and as for the existing one i should just manually search the series one thts doable.

eng only checks the language to see if its english only and not anything else

after downloading it does identify it correctly

delete epsiode and download again then see the logs?

Yes, that appears to be the issue.
