New Scene Web Releases not detected correctly

The new scene standards that were recently released now also allow Web Releases. Other than the P2P standard “WEB-DL” lossless captures are simply tagged “WEB” and recoded stuff is tagged “WEBRip”. For more info see scene standards here: https://scenerules.org/t.html?id=wdx264v1.0-ecb63c67.nfo

Currently Sonarr is not detecing the “WEB” releases correctly. They are detected as SDTV/HDTV releases. Recent examples where I noticed this:
The.Girlfriend.Experience.S01E08.720p.WEB.h264-WNN (Detected as HDTV.720p)
Killer.In.The.Family.S01E01.The.Family.Annihalator.WEB.x264-spamTV (Detected as SDTV)

I’d also suggest to differentiate between WEB/WEB-DL and WEBRip. Since there is now a naming rule set it makes sense to make separate profiles for those two quality types.

This is already supported in develop, it will be in the next release.
