Need to delete episodes, not shows after complete data loss

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.906
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Description of issue:
Long story short, my NAS RAID array failed, can’t recover it, all data lost. Sonarr is running in a VM on my server. Now that the NAS drive is gone, I am starting to rebuild. I want to delete the episodes for everything I have, then go look for them all again without deleting the series info. I’ve tried unmonitor/refresh/rescan/monitor/refresh/rescan, removed the root folders and recreated them, Mass edits to point to new root folders, nor are mass delete via Manage Episodes > Delete working for me… Advice? Thanks in advance!

Make sure the root folder has at least one folder in it and refersh/rescan all series.
