I was filling a few holes in my TV series today and came across an instance where Drone couldn’t find any search results for 2 tv episodes (only 4 months old)
It was Parks & Recreation, Season 6 episodes 1 & 2. It looks like these were only released as a multiple episode file named:
Parks and Recreation S06E01E02 HDTV x264-LOL
Should drone have found this file?
I did a manual search on oznzb to find it and just sent it on to SABNZB for processing.
Cheers and great work on the program, tis brilliant and getting more so.
Depends if the indexer returns the multi episode release when either one of those episodes is searched, but it looks like the newznab indexers I’m using do not (not using oznzb, but your results match mine).
I tried a couple ways to get the results to return for both, but was unsuccessful, so it might now be possible. Drone will handle multi-episode releases properly when they come in via automated means.
Today i noticed a similair thing with serie
Once Upon A Time S04E08E09
Sonarr didn’t showed this release although it’s available on Indexer
It only showed seperate releases but they didn’t matched my profile settings.
This is what i see in logging: Searching 1 indexers for [Once Upon a Time (2011) : S04E08]
I’m also having this issue just now with the Heroes Reborn S01E01E02 which is not found because the API call specifically requests for episode 1. I use two indexers and both return no results for this episode but they both have it (I manually checked it).
Are you sure its a double episode problem? It could be an issue with your indexers not having the proper TV Rage ID associated with the releases since they’ve been down for a couple weeks now.
Assuming its a double episode problem and they’ve properly parsed out the season number a season search may work.
