So currently there is no easy way to move shows around in sonarr. I would like to propose giving the option to have sonarr move a show to the new location when you change the root folder. Currently what I will do if I need to move things around is change the root folder for the shows I want to move then once I get sonarr to recognize that the episodes are not in the new location I use the manual import feature in the wanted tab. It is very time consuming and I do not think it would take a lot to automate this process.
Right now you need to move the Series folder outside of Sonarr, then change the root folder in Sonarr. That way everything Sonarr knows about the episode files remains unchanged. You do need to move the files outside of Sonarr though.
That said, v3 will support moving the series folder when changing the path/root folder.
