Sonarr is able to move downloads that are downloaded as a folder with files inside, but when the download is just a single file without a folder, they dont move. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe, but you’ve left out a lot of the requested information and haven’t named a download client. Check Activity: Queue to see why it’s not importing and link your trace logs.
