{ "message": "NotFound" }

Sonarr version (exact version): V4.0.0.401
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): V6.12.0.200
OS: QNAP - QTS 5.1.3.2578
Description of issue:

  • I was having real problems with my Sonarr (not with my Radarr) specifically renaming and organising my files.
-So I had everything uninstalll, I manually deleted the files “/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/SONARR3_CONFIG” and “/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/SONARR_CONFIG” using “FileBrowser 2.23.0”
  • I was tyring to have a clean slate with a fresh start.
  • I then installed Apache 8.2, Sonarr 82 V4.0.0.401 and Radarr 82.
  • Although Radarr works just fine, I get “massage NotFound” for Sonarr.
  • I even try installing Sonarr 3 but I still get the same message.

Please help :frowning:

Probably providing logs is a good start, all the details on how to do that were in the template when you created the post and then wiped that section…

I don’t have access to the UI and my only solution according to (Sonarr Appdata Directory | Servarr Wiki) is through the AppDirectory which I have deleted

# QNAP APP Directories.
/share/MD0_DATA/homes/admin/.config/Sonarr - does not exist…
/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Sonarr_CONFIG - I have previously deleted these folders…

any help on how I can share the logs with you would be great!

oh boy do I regret manually deleting those folders :pensive:

I did something that is not that complicated to be honest and it sovled everything…
I just restarted my NAS :man_facepalming:
