Description of issue: I keep getting all these errors in sonarr, and it’s making it very slow, and it also seems that it’s continuously doing RSS sync. Any idea what could be causing this?

The database being locked constantly like you’re seeing would definitely slow things down, but unfortunately it really explain why it’s happening.
Nothing jumps to mind as a possible cause, but have a couple questions that may help.
Where is the DB being stored (local disk, SD card, remote share, etc)?
What file system is on the disk?
I restarted the machine and the problem was fixed. The DB is located on a remote NFS share, if that makes a difference. Anyway, problem solved for now. 
You’d really want the DB on a local disk rather than on a NFS share. If the NFS share slows down or has problems, you are going to see exactly what those logs were showing.
Yeah, the NFS share is going to be the root cause of your problem and not something we recommend or support.
