Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3949 develop branch
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):3.2.8
OS: raspbian
Debug logs (posted to hastebin or similar): Only 'No results found"
Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce): Hi guys, I’m a new sonarr user. First of all congrats it’s amazing. All work perfectly for me, except one thing, I’ve tried many hours to understand but now I give up. When I perform a manual search for a TV shows “no result” appear. I’ve tried with master branch , develop, through a VPN, without etc.
My indexers are : Kickasstorrents and RARBG and "enable search is active"
If anyone have an idea ?
Thanks for the help !
I’m running into a similar problem, but I think it has to do with shows being listed by date 3_11_2016 and not Season/Episode.
I’ve tried few tests again, add new indexers (not only torrent) and same results for all tv shows / episodes.
But automatic continue to work fine
Anyone ?
We recommend 3.10 or later, earlier versions had a number of issues, though not likely an issue here.
Post some ((debug logs)) of a search you’re expecting results for and we can take a look.
Hi, thanks for you answer.
Here my log when I’ve performed a search (Arrow S04E15)
16-3-15 09:24:00.7|Info|DownloadDecisionMaker|Processing 23 releases
16-3-15 09:24:01.7|Info|RssSyncService|RSS Sync Completed. Reports found: 23, Reports grabbed: 0
16-3-15 09:25:50.1|Info|NzbSearchService|Searching 0 indexers for [Arrow : S04E15]
16-3-15 09:25:51.8|Info|DownloadDecisionMaker|No results found
We need debug logs, those are only info.
Ok ! But guess what !! I’ve just upgrade mono to this version :
Mono JIT compiler version 3.10.0 (mono-3.10.0-branch/ce003f4 Tue Nov 25 20:18:29 UTC 2014)
And results appear with the manual search ! I’m very happy
Last question, few times per day on SYSTEM > HEALTH I’ve seen my torrent indexers disconnect, do you know why ?
Thanks again.
You’d need to check the logs to see why, usually its because they’re no responding.
Yes you’re right. Thanks again !
