Manual Import deleted files

Description of issue:

I noticed Sonarr stopped importing files for the last several days so I started to manually import the already downloaded files. It wasn’t until I started checking The Plex browser to see if my files had started updating I notice that several seasons I was replacing with better quality files hadn’t update, upon further investigation I found my old files and new files were deleted. Is this a known issue? Should I not use the manual import?

Based on the information provided, nothing known exists.

Manual import behaves similarly to other import mechanisms, but gives you the control to override any rejections that would have prevented it from being imported.

Why weren’t they being imported in the first place (Activity: Queue and Manual Import will both expose the reasons why).
