Lost all my media, but sonarr doesn't seem to think so?

I had a HDD issue. I had backups of everything, but didn’t want to wait months for my media to transfer over. I restored my apps, including sonarr.

Everything “works”, but when I look at a series it shows that the media files exist, when they very much do not. Hitting refresh and scan doesn’t do anything.

I can’t really re-download stuff if it thinks its already there.

What’s the best way to resolve? Do I need to remove and re-add all the series?

Thanks.

I found that if I re-download a single episode and then refresh, it resets and seems to be aware that everything else is missing.

I mean… to me, that’s a bit of a bug, but I can deal with it.

I think that’s by design, in case your storage is offline.
So sonarr treats “nothing found at all” as “maybe the storage is currently not available” so it doesn’t flag all the episodes as missing.

Ok, yeah I can see that :grinning:

Good call.
