Description of issue:
The system keeps losing access to the network drive (unraid server). This system had been working for years without issues. Had to upgrade Sonarr to v3 and v4 and change it to a tray item vs service. Had it working for a month or so. I have changed folder permissions to grant everyone access to the network share. I have made sure the network share is a UNC path. I will see Sonarr find the file path and network share sometimes right after i restart Sonarr and the computer but then it works for a day then stops. I tried fully deleting and going to a backup. I tried reinstalling. I am at my last stop asking for help.

I can’t figure out why all of sudden Sonarr can’t get access to the network drive when it had been working for years without issues. I look into the logs and see it can’t check free space while importing or can’t find the network drive now so it stops importing. Any help would be appreciated.

It also seems to sometime crash Sonarr which never happened before

(Update) I can get Sab to grab files and download them but they will not import to the network drive. Sonarr losing access to the network drive after showing it in media and in diskspace after a restart.

updated debug log… i can access the drives in Sonarr but files won’t import. Don’t see issues in debug. The system can’t pull up drive space but i can see drive space in media management vs system status

can someone help me figure out why this import won’t work? It sees the drives. Sees the video files but won’t move.

Given your paths that move is going to be a copy across the network, which looks to be in progress when the logs cut off.

Trace logs uploaded to an appropriate site and set to not expire too soon would be useful to diagnose further.

i can access to network drives. I can even see them in sonarr but they wont import. I think it gets stuck looking for disk space which won’t load when you click System status. But you can see disk space in the media management

Looks like all your tasks are stuck, even the backup task which task a few seconds to run most of the time started two days ago and hung. Have you tried restarting Sonarr or rebooting your PC?

Ive restarted more times than I can count. I keep seeing messages in some of the logs that Sonarr is trying to run or open more than once as well. I will note a restart for Sonarr only typically causes the GUI to hang. Its as if part of it restarts but some subprocesses still run and I can’t end task them to kill them.

I am at the point of just full uninstall and reinstall.

Update: I restarted the computer and they are still stuck. how do I kill those tasks;

I have connection into Sab and get downloads to go and find but they get stuck. HOvering over the download will say “waiting to import”

Do you get the same issues with tasks hanging on a fresh setup, without the existing config and database?

What about after adding a series on a local disk instead of the network share?

Earlier trace logs might show something hanging, but it might not because it might just be stalling out somewhere unexpected and not resulting in an error.
