Description of issue : i moved from qnap installation to windows as a service, restore a backup. When I change the path mapping for the download client it says that the unc path I entered is unknown. Weird enough is that I did the same for Lidarr and it is working fine, running as a service with the same power-user account, pointing to the same UNC path… why Sonarr can’t handle it?
Have you looked at the logm it may give you more detail on the error.
