Sonarr > Settings > UI > Language
That’s the language of sonarr’s interface, I guess they’re looking for language profiles which don’t exist anymore. See Sonarr v4 Released for information.

So unless we are willing to just leave Sonarr as is meaning seeing all languages we basically have to code what we want?
It’s a one time action to add a couple of languages and you can copy from the Trash guide. Assuming you don’t want to add every language out there…
It’s a little more work but the custom formats are way more flexible to get exactly what you want.
