Issues with Nova Episode Numbering

More of a general inquiry at this point but is anyone else having issue with the way Sonarr is mapping episodes for Nova? Here is the problem as per the episode download history…

The posted episode is actually correct as S51E12 but Sonarr is remapping it to Episode 15 (this offset of 3 is consistently occurring for the last several episodes). I believe this isn’t a problem with Sonarr as much as a data source Sonarr is using to override episode mapping. Any guidance on how this works would be appreciated.
