Issue adding Emby connection in Sonarr

Sonarr version (exact version): Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.5252
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.5252
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS

I’m running Sonarr and Emby behind a traefik reverse proxy and therefore only use port 443.

I am unable to setup the connection because i belive the call is being made via http only, as seen in the logs:

http://emby.[redacted].net:443/mediabrowser/Notifications/Admin

Going to that url returns:ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE

going to

https://emby.[redacted].net:443/mediabrowser/Notifications/Admin

returns: Access token is required.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I wanted to setup Sonarr to Update Emby when Sonarr download new content.
