Is larger than maximum allowed

I have several shows that won’t download automatically because of the file size comparison to the quality profiles not working properly.

Release Rejected
1251184405 is larger than maximum allowed: 104857600

I’m assuming the first number is in bytes because that matches the show size
1251184405 bytes = 1.25GB

where is the 104857600 # coming from? I dont have that value set on any quality profiles.

I tried removing all files in programdata\nzbdrone\bin and reinstalling sonarr but still having the same issue. I also tried tweaking the quality profiles without any luck.

Sizes are set in Settings -> Quality, its a global setting and is based on runtime (30 and 60 minute max sizes are shown), but if the series is set to 45 minutes (on tvdb) it will use a value in the middle.

yes, I see the slider bar for the sizes. this particular one is HDTV-720P. it was in the middle (default).

even if i take the slider and move it all the way to the right which puts it at 12.58GB max, save it, then try again I get the same type error message but now it says…

so the maximum allowed did increase, but it still looks like something is going wrong.

Whats the runtime for the series? (you can see it on the series details page).

ah, that would be the issue then because this particular series shows “1 minutes” even though its over 40 minutes. where do I submit fixes for the tv database?

You need to fix it on thetvdb.com (create an account).

Once its fixed there trakt will update it (at some point) and finally Sonarr will.
