Interactive queue filtering

After many server errors and multitudes of re-downloads I am often faced with a frustrating issue…

My queue currently has 700+ items on it.
When I go to this window I have a seemingly endless list of items to deal with.

What the “current” queue page looks like.

Currently the only way to filter this list down is to apply a custom filter. Filter>Custom Filters>Add Custom Filter>… after 4 clicks now you would type/find the series, you MUST apply a label to this filter. This process seems fine but lacks fluidity.

I would propose a solution:
In the same row as “refresh”, “grab series”, “remove selected”, “options”, and “filter”, a new element could be added. I believe this type of element is called DropDownList/SearchBox/DynamicFilter.
This new element can have a selectable on the side for series name/indexer/other.

This would be my workflow:
In the queue page I click on the new dynamicfilter box, “series name” filter is pre-selected. I type “FRIEN” the queue magically collapses to show ONLY series that contain the term in their name. This box would behave very similar to qbit’s “filter torrents list…” box.

Proposed filter UI element.

I’ve search for this feature request and could not find anything remotely close to what I mean.

I have generated 2 images with ChatGPT. they do not represent actual status of my machine. They are to hopefully have something to point to.
