Installer for v3 doesn't run (W10)

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.4.1026

OS: W10
Debug logs:
Description of issue: I am trying to upgrade from 2.0.0.5344 to the above version, and have downloaded the installer a number of times, but it doesn’t appear to start or do anything. I can’t see it appear in the list of running processes, nor does it write anything to the application system log. Has anyone else encountered this, and are there installers for other versions available that I could try elsewhere?

Edit: I have actually now got this to run from the command line, so worth trying if anyone else has this issue.

Right-click the installer > Properties > General > tick Unblock > OK > run installer
