Indexers fail on specific episodes

Description of issue:
This has happened a few times now. Sonarr will fetch an episode and sent it to the D/L client. It won’t download or just won’t make it to the D/L client at all. I’ll go into history for that episode and mark the download as failed, then try manual or auto search and get the errors listed at the end of the log. All other episodes will work just fine and as soon as I “test” the indexer, it comes right back online and works.

You’re going to need to open up the logs.
