Indexer HTML PARSE problem

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5252
OS: Windows 10

Description of issue: Indexers that worked before have stopped working after radarr installation (or around that time)

Hello guys,

I am at a loss, sonarr has been working great for 2 or 3 weeks now.
Lately I thought it working so well I would add radarr as well to try that for movies.
But around the same time, sonarr partially broke for me.
My main indexer/rss feed (or that site at least, have multiple feeds/indexers for that site) suddenly started throwing errors on the system tab.
It happened once before, but after testing one of the links, it passed just fine and removed the errors and worked for multiple days again.

Ever since I got radarr working however I get the error again in the system tab and now testing will give an error also.
Radarr wont show the same problem in the system tab (anymore), but when i try testing the indexers there it shows trouble as well and I am lost as to why since at first it all worked fine.

I thought it was maybe pinging the site too much, so I upped the minute interval (15m to 60m) for sonarr and radarr (default 30 or 60, upped to 180m).
With radarr this at least cleaned the message/error on the systems tab, but like I said testing will still give an error.
Sonarr testing won’t work either, but still has the error in systems tab, even with the interval on max (so put it back to 60 minutes now).

I have no clue why this stopped working.
I have 2 more sites with great RSS feeds set up the way I like.
However these RSS feeds threw errors right away when entering them in sonarr.
So the indexers I had now are pretty much for the largest portion of my targeted torrents.

Indexers are a real ***** in sonarr and radarr :frowning:
I hope someone can help me figure this thing out.

The RSS Feed is requiring a full browser to access, which means Sonarr can’t access it. The admins of that site will either need to exclude that URL (if they want Sonarr, Radarr and other things to be able to read it) or you’d need to find another indexer that isn’t blocking their RSS feed that way.

Given RSS feeds are meant to be read automatically it is likely an error on their side or possibly due to high load.

Nothing that Sonarr can do to work around that issue.

Cheers for the quicky reply I will see if I can contact someone from the site to find out the problem.
Weird though since it worked for weeks and only recently started becoming a problem.

PS: also found that 2 links from another site have difficulties, from that same site, a couple will work and a few won’t for some weird reason. Any insights on this?

Working:
https://qxr.pw/hashes/rss.php?cat=Weekly
https://qxr.pw/hashes/rss.php?filter=720p

Not working: (unable to contact indexer, check log for more info)
https://qxr.pw/hashes/rss.php?filter=1080p
https://qxr.pw/hashes/rss.php?cat=TV%20Season%20Pack

Seems weird to me as well since all 4 of the feeds basically look the same, come from the same site, just have a different filter or categorie (won’t all show up otherwise).
The first two work perfectly when testing and saving, the last 2 throw the error when testing or trying to save.

What exactly is in the logs?

They work in a browser, but Sonarr may have a problem with them for some reason.

Well it now says they are empty.
When I open RSS feed on the site and grab the link it has additions.

After adding in sonar, pressing test it says empty and then when pressing the link, it indeed opens a blank feed.
Any clue how this happens?

Beyond some API limits on their side, no idea, but nothing Sonarr can control.
