Indexer failing with incorrect mapping of show(?)

Debug logs: see below
Description of issue:

Hey,

Something weird is happening and I’m not sure I understand what’s going on:

Basically, I’m searching for the show “Gold Rush” and it can’t find S05E10. In the logs, it seems like an interactive search of this episode triggers the search of episode S00E01. Here is the first debug log: https://pastebin.com/raw/9h3GdC3U

In this case I’ve used NzbFinder as an indexer, which throws an error after the interactive search (“All indexers are unavailable due to failures”, “*** unavailable due to recent indexer errors”).

If I do the same thing with both NzbFinder and NzbGeek as indexers, S05E10 still gets searched as S00E01, but S05E11 gets searched as S05E10 (with one indexer left since NzbFinder is discarded):
https://pastebin.com/raw/hn5ytT49.

Is it that the show info is malformed (which explains why S05E10 is identified as S00E01 and all other episodes within season 5 are switched)?
Why does searching for S00E01 throws NzbFinder in an error with Sonarr?

Note 1: all other seasons of this show are ok. It only occurs on season 5 as far as I can tell.
Note 2: I have pressed “Refresh&Scan” but it did nothing to that problem.

Many thanks.

Gold Rush is remapped on XEM: http://thexem.de/xem/show/4137 which does remap S05E10 to S00E01.
