Incorrect showtime on Calendar

Sonarr version (exact version):3.0.6.1342
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.20.1.34
OS: Synology NAS
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
TV Show ‘The Cook Up with Adam Liaw’ airs at 1900 Mon-Fri but displays in my calendar as 1030 Tue - Sat.
I am located in Australia which is the time zone the show airs in not US ET which is the time Sonarr seems to be using.

Sonarr uses the timezone for the series from TVDB

if the network does not exist or is missing a map then it defaults to EST and converts accordingly

I have confirmed that TVDB has updated the show to include the network (SBS (AU)) which was missing and that the value is available via the api. I have deleted and re-added the show but alas, Sonarr is still displaying as if it is 1900 Eastern US

TVDB updates take about at least 30 hours to clear TVDB’s api and CDN caches

I’m aware of those idiosyncrasies, the other program that I’m trying to move away from is already displaying the network whereas previously it wasn’t so I would have thought Sonarr should have it by now.
