hi guys
little bit of a random one, which i luckily picked up.
using Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.2663, competed downloading disabled, drone factory still enabled.
i added a show “the bible” to sonarr(http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=265720) , and then manually added a full season 1 file to my download client. This in turn resulted in a mismatch - Sonarr was looking for 5 episodes, while my downloaded file had 10 episodes. My thought was, Sonarr will process the first 5, and i will have to manually sort out the remaining 5. Problem is, it randomly selected episodes, and then replaced existing episodes randomly… VERY VERY WEIRD(and troubling, since this can be happening to many other shows)

as you can imagine…quite a headache to correct 
it is possibly the naming scheme, but you will know better on what could be the issue on the REGEX
