Description of issue:
Once SABNZBD downloads the TV shows, it doesn’t automatically add the file. Once I re-enable the Dronefactory folder it works great. How can I get the ‘Completed Download Handling’ working?
Thanks for you help!
Is Sonarr or sab running in a docker container?
I’m going to assume no.
Assuming you have a download that hasn’t imported yet (with Drone Factory disabled): Check the Activity->Queue for that download, does it have a yellow icon in front? If so, hover over it with your mouse, it’ll say why.
Sonar is not running in docker container.
I do see a yellow folder;
MOVIE.MKV
[\servername\downloads\Sab_Downloads\complete\Sonarr\MOVIE.MKV] is not a valid local path. You may need a Remote Path Mapping.
That path does exist and I can access it. It’s important to note, that my SAB is on ONE MACHINE and my Sonar is installed on my Synology.
Is ‘servername’ your syno? And what’s the path of ‘Sab_Downloads’ locally on the syno? ‘/volume/something…’.
Yes, ‘servername’ is my syno.
Sab_Downloads is a folder within a share in my syno.
So, /volume1/downloads/Sab_Downloads/…
Ok, Settings->Download Client->Remote Path Mappings.
Host=name you specified in Settings->Download Clients->Sabnzbd->Host.
RemotePath=\\servername\downloads\Sab_Downloads
LocalPath=/volume1/downloads/Sab_Downloads
PS: I’m assuming your running Sabnzbd on your windows machine due to performance, coz it also runs on Syno.
That worked!! Thank you very much!!
Yes, that is exactly why I put it on a windows machine. Thanks buddy!
