Import failing, path does not exist. How do I change it?

All was working great for the last year. Recently I changed shares on my Qnap, and Sonarr complained that the rood director was missing (or something to that affect).

I went to the series editor and changed all shows to the new directory, but the error remained. Per the Wiki, I went to add a new show, and deleted the original path. That cleared the error.

However, now when a show downloads via SABNZBD, the activity tab in sonarr doesn’t clear. The logs indicate:

DownloadedEpisodesImportService Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /share/SABNZBD/Downloads (complete)/********.S08E01.720p.hdtv.aac2.0.x264-

That is the old, deleted path.

The new path is correctly displayed under each show’s path/root folder. Likewise, SABNZBD is configured to the same share.

Is there a way to change the path that the downloaded episode import service is trying to access? It’s not a permission issue, as the path in the error above really no longer exists.

I’m trying to avoid un/re-installing Sonarr to get it on the same page as everything else…

That’s the path that SAB is reporting (where SAB is downloading the files to, or was).

If it’s only for old downloads, you can ignore them until the history builds up with new items, remove them from SAB or change the category Sonarr uses in SAB.

If it’s for new downloads, you’ll need to fix where SAB is putting downloads.

Thanks Markus. That’s what was confusing to me. The folders defined in SAB were all pointing to the new destination. I deleted the original share, and I couldn’t find any other pointers within either SAB or Sonarr that referred to the old share.

But, as you said, new downloads no longer generated the error, and after manually removing them from the activity window, they did not resurface.

Thanks for your help!
