First off, many thanks to the development team for the great app.
I’ve read through several other threads but I believe I understand the root cause of my issue but wanted to validate.
The logs say:
“Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: D:\Castle.S08E08.Mr…&.Mrs…Castle.720p.WEB-DL.x265.HEVC-TangoAlpha.mkv”
D:\ is a mapped network drive on my NAS where all my completed Torrent files go as well as where my Drone Factory is pointed to. My completed downloads sometime move over to B:\TV Shows; however, most of the files remain in D:\ with repeated errors. Both uTorrent and Sonarr are installed on my local PC.
I have toggled the ‘Remove imported downloads from client history’ to Yes and increased the Drone Factory interval to 5 minutes but still encountering errors. Typically when I manually move a large (2GB+) file, the transfer window will briefly pop up instead of an instantaneous transfer (because Windows doesn’t recognize the 2 mapped folders on the same drive).
I never usually post to forums as most of questions I always find. Appreciate any and all help.
I’m not using Drone Factory and I’m having the same problem. I have Sabnzbd and Sonarr running in docker containers on the same unRaid server and everything seems to go fine until the import fails with the message: Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /config/Downloads/complete/TV.Show.Name.S05E01.REPACK.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS
I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that my volume mappings for data are: /data /mnt/cache/appdata/sabnzbd/Downloads/complete/
But I’ll be darned if I can figure out how to point it to the right place and thought Sonarr would figure it out from the Sabnzbd setting automatically.
Also I noticed, though I don’t know how this might play into it, when comparing the settings on my old Sabnzbd/Sonarr setup that’s been running for ages on a separate PC, the Sabnzbd setting in the Download Clients section has a category of tv, where are the new one on the unRaid server is blank and won’t allow me to put one in nor can I figure out where it might be picking it up from the Sabnzbd client when comparing those settings.
UPDATE: Eliminated a permissions issue I think as I discovered that if I manually import the downloaded files by pointing at the correct folder it copies everything over fine. Sonarr just appears to be looking in the wrong place for the files and I can’t figure out how to point it in the right direction.
Not yet and as of now I can only assume this is a bug in the latest beta version of Sonarr.
Come to realize that I’d been running later versions of 7 on the stand alone PC and when I set up the containers in the unRaid Docker the repositories I used installed version 8 beta … near as I tell everything is setup as it should be but the completed download handling insists on looking in a nonexistent directory for the download and there’s no way to point it elsewhere.
