Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr all on 1 system win7

Hi all! First of all, thank you for this amazing piece of software.

Now it’s time for the bad part: My server is fucked up :frowning:

I’m running a server with:
sabnzbd
couchpotato
sickbeard (going off when sonarr works)
emby

I’m running all things on 1 server, OS WIN7 64BIT but after all my tv shows downloads that I get 100% download with sabnzbd are not getting an import / rename from sonarr. Here’s my log of one serie episode, but they’re all the same…

Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: E:\Complete\SabSeries\serienamexxxxx
Now, all things are on the same place.

Downloading files are at:

E:\complete\sabseries\

Finished at:

E:\complete\series\serienamehere

Can’t get it to work, and I love the functions of Sonarr, but when I can’t get it to work I have to stick with this old, outdated sickbeard :frowning:

Does the path exist?
Does the user running Sonarr have access to the path?

We need the ((debug logs)) requested when you opened this thread.

Path exist, Yes. About user running sonarr: it’s the default user with admin privileges I think? Tried to link service to admin account in services on Windows but didn’t do the trick. I’ll send logs in few minutes, let me check😃

Your debug logs aren’t useful because they only show the startup of Sonarr (you need to enable it in settings).

Thats completely differently from not being accessible, the source oath for this one looks fine (the other one looks wrong), so maybe its the destination path, the proper debugs will show the destination path as well.

Here’s the log of debug from 1 episode I downloaded.
Folders are accessable, I lteraly copy the path to my explorer.exe browser, hit enter and it opens the video file…

The source file name isn’t the issue (which is why you can play it), its the destination file name thats the issue. Looks like you have a bad naming format that we’re not cleansing, the colon : after the episode number is not a valid character in Windows file names.
