Why does the Sonarr ignore special episodes?
Changing this might be as easy as using the right parametr:
http://api.tvmaze.com/shows/702/episodes
http://api.tvmaze.com/shows/702/episodes?specials=1
Sonarr doesn’t use TVMaze, it uses TheTVDB. Sonarr will list special episodes available from TheTVDB on the series details page, though they are unmonitored by default.

I still think it’s a bit counter-intuitive though.
