If I delete an episode file from disk, how to unmonitor/remove from Wanted?

Sonarr version (exact version):
Sonarr Ver.
2.0.0.3732

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win7 x64
Debug logs (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce): I know within Sonarr I can modify files in the view, delete and it unmonitors them so that’s great. However if I delete the files from disk in explorer, is it possible to have Sonarr (when library updated/scan) unmonitor them the same?

In settings media management you have an option “ignore deleted episodes”.
Even if the episode is monitored but missing sonarr won’t grab a new one.
