I am on Version 4.0.5.1710 running on docker but it is showing the accurate amount of Seasons but no episodes for Sonic Prime

Might have been a caching issue? I added it just now and seems to be allright.
Try refreshing the series (refresh & scan at the top of the series page) and see if that helps.
As of this morning it works but last night before I went to bed it was not. Strange, all is good now though.
