When requesting series, my default profile is 720/1080, but sometimes, instead of downloading an episode in a media format file like avi or mkv, I get an exe file, which probably is a windows virus or malware.
Is there a way to avoid downloading .exe files when downloading series episodes ?
Reputable indexers that don’t allow spam like that to be posted is the way to avoid it.
Sonarr can catch those and clean it up, you need to enable the following advanced setting on each indexer.
does this apply even for those of us that don’t have Sonarr fully automated? I have Sonarr setup to only grab and pass to my torrent client, and once finished in the torrent client I use another program to rename and move to where I want them.
