How to handle post processed files from download client

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.1.929
OS: Docker

Hello, I’m using a simple post-download script in transmission to convert all mkv’s into mp4.

This causes issues in activity > queue “No files found are eligible for import in /path/filename.mkv”. That’s because the new name has a different file extension /path/filename.mp4

Is there any way to change filename (extension) for this search? Perhaps with a custom script?
