I have added several series with the “HD - All” profile and I can see that the series are available in HDTV quality, but they’re not downloaded, presumably because the torrent files are just marked “HDTV” and not “HDTV-1080p” or “HDTV-720p”. The files I see that are available are marked “HDTV XviD FUM ettv”, "HDTV x264 LOL ettv "
How do I get Sonarr to download these new episodes? I don’t see a way to add a Quality Definition, only to give existing ones a different title.
The releases you’re referring to sound like they’re actually what is considered to be SDTV. Ie. they’re from HDTV streams but in SD resolution and quality, actual HD as far as Sonarr is concerned is 720p and up.
So, you would either need to set the SD profile or the Any profile to get the episodes you are referring to to download.
You can modify the definitions in a particular profile by clicking on the profile name under Settings > Profiles or create your own custom profile.
That quality is fine by me, so setting to SD would be fine, thx.
