How to add existing series to Sonarr

I have manually added a TV Series to Sonars’ root file nasTV but Sonarr does not see it. I’m assumed that when Sonarr fires up, the first thing it does is to scan its root file for any changes and either make the necessary changes or complain in some way.

I moved the series folder/ season folders/ episodes to a folder called macdownloads. In Sonarr, I went to Library Import (Import series you already have) and clicked on “Start Import”. It then takes me to a File Browser. What is it expecting me to select?
