How do you know if a show is able to be had?

So, am I correct in my assumption that not every single show, in Canada and USA, is somehow recorded and made available online? If that is the case, how do you know if a particular show is available? Specifically I am talking about DIY Network Bath and Kitchen Crashers. I added them to Sonarr, but there are no results.

Those channels aren’t usually capped by “the scene.” A torrent/stand-alone person would have to post them.
