How do I change the UI and Sonaar data language to other than English?

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.4.1011
OS: Windows 2012 Server
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
I would like to run an instance of Sonarr in French (UI and profiles).
It is possible to do it with Radarr v3.
Ultimately I will have 2 instances of Sonarr running on my server, one in English for all my English series and one in French for all my French Series.

There is no UI translation for sonarr.

Is there an option for the série profile to use another language other than English?

I don’t think so, the only thing I can see related to language are the language profiles, but that’s just for downloading files with specific audio languages. It doesn’t influence the metadata language displayed in sonarr it seems.
