How can I force Sonarr to go through and scan for each file again and update what episodes it needs?

I lost all my data. I had a backup of the Sonarr config and loaded that up. Everything comes up fine except it thinks I have all these episodes downloaded and isn’t auto allowing me to reimport episodes because it already thinks I have it them downloaded.

Can I force Sonarr to do a full disk check for all folders and files and update accordingly?

Thanks I tried to search but came up with nothing. Probably wasn’t using the right keywords.

Running Sonarr on Ubuntu.

Yes, but the series folders need to exist (otherwise Sonarr treats them as being disconnected, not missing). You can work around that by telling Sonarr to create Empty Series Folders, which will create the folder, then scan the empty folder.

Thanks man. It created empty folders and forced a scan. It only worked doing it for every show individually but it did work.
