Description of issue:

<!--- Additional Information: I am new to Sonnar and Deluge. I have had a Plex server since 2016 and been adding to my library manually by using PlayOn and Handbrake. Saw some YouTube videos about Sonnar and Radarr and I wanted to give it a try. I have everything setup. I have added a few Series and Deluge will download some of them, others it may get anywhere between 10% to 99% downloaded and stop. I have stopped the downloads and restarted, even rebooted. But this isn’t a sonarr question nor anything with sonarr.

It’s a torrent question - you can’t finish the torrent download because there are no seeds or you cannot reach the seeds (I.e. no working port forward)
