Help forcing unknown quality to download

I have a show set to go from SD–>BD but the quality is stuck at unknown (no SD tags in the file name) - so it doesn’t download. Is there anything I can do to force/fool it to SDTV so it’ll snag. If I manually drop into a monitor folder, it imports as SDTV:
