Hello im new and need some help with linux

hello all i hope im ok posting here,im wanting to break away from windows 10 and im really interested in linux, have been for a while and now i think is the time to take the plunge,ok so im interested in opensuse os,i am wondering will sonarr run on it ok and if so could you put me in the right direction to where and how to install it,ive not seen any places that mentions opensuse im yet to install it as needing to sort sonarr, cosuchpotato and deluge out to insure they will all work also plex but think thats ok.

i really hope someone/dev can help me,im not fully tech savvy with linux but i dont mind a challenge and willing to learn.

anyone help

same situation as you before, i bought a raspberry pi and installed ubuntu 15 and the installation of sonarr was very easy. The run as a service part is tricky but i got that as well. Thankfully i dont have much of errors so so far everything is good even for a newbie as me.
So i suggest ubuntu and not opensuse
