I have set my TV series to use the “HD- 1080p” profile; however, the TV show downloads with stereo usually. Is there any way to setup a custom profile to use HD-1080p (IF “5.1” in the original nzb name).

Not every file displays the audio specs. Will Sonarr be able to distinguish between 2.0 and 5.1 audio without it being displayed in the title ?
Not when making a decision whether it should download a file or not. It’ll know from the media info of the file when it imports it, but that’s not used to make decisions when upgrading files.
