Having some issue with Sonarr moving files after download

I have a new unraid installation. Everything is humming along outside of the file moves. I was able to import all of my shows from a previous installation and I added a couple more. The ones that I have added have successfully downloaded and still sit inside the downloads folder. If I go into activity, I can do a manual import, so I know path and permissions are correct. I have tried with and without drone factory to see if that helps, I am stumped!

I think sonarr might not be talking to sab once sab completes the download. Here is an image of a 100% file that remains with a purple progress bar.

take a look at this. This is a file that downloaded 100% yesterday and the status is still showing downloaded. Perhaps Sonarr isn’t seeing the completion.

It might be a permissions issue. I have a post on reddit that someone is trying to help if you want to see suggestions and dialogue.

In Activity: Queue in Sonarr hover over the icon on the left, what does it say?

You should also disable Drone factory (clear the path and set the interval to 0) as that could be causing conflicts (Sonarr won’t import a file that’s in the Drone Factory folder unless it’s found via scanning the Drone Factory folder).

Markus, I am happy to report fully functioning sonarr moves from your suggestion. In my troubleshooting of toggling things on/off and testing, I inadvertently left the drone factory interval setting as 1, even though it was OFF, having it set to 1 was still causing problems with the move. I dropped the interval from 1 to 0 and voila! It started working beautifully.

This helped me too, didnt even think to check the drone factory settings as i dont use them. But it was set to 1 on mine too.
