Force sonarr to use a particular season number

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.8.0.105

Description of issue: Is it possible to force sonarr to use a particular season number for the current season?

I use sonarr to monitor for current shows/seasons exclusively. Once a season is done, I move it to my permanent collection, and sonarr no longer knows about it. I understand the scene vs. tvdb season numbering issue - and specifically how f*cked up American Dad is. But since I don’t care about anything but the current season, I’m wondering if there’s a way to force sonarr to use S17 for the current season instead of S16. The vast majority of releases on the indexers I use are using S17, and sonarr is failing to find them.

Sonarr already does that through thexem.de

Except in the case where there isn’t an agreed-upon mapping for all releases, which is the case I’m asking about. I probably should have mentioned the thexem.de mechanism in my original post.

Ahh gotcha, in that case, no it’s not possible to have different qualities use different mappings or ignore the mapping from thexem.de.
