Files Not Transferring

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.10.1567
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 11
Debug logs: No logs
Description of issue: I redownloaded Radarr and Sonarr, using SabNZB for the downloading and all the shows are downloading but are not transferring to the folder that its pointed to. Permissions look correct. I never had this issue before.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Nothing looks out of the ordinary log wise.

Nobody will be able to say anything meaningful without debug logs.
