Files not moving from Complete folder anymore

Description of issue:

I have been using SONARR for some time successfully. I am not sure what happened recently but I have many files have have been requested from Sonarr to SAB, and are now sitting in the complete folder. Sonarr has not pulled them into my TV folder, to their respective show folder and season. I have not changed any of my settings in unRAID. The missing files in the log are actually missing (I believe a separate issue). But I have about 1TB of files in the complete folder that have not transferred over, but are also not showing in the logs. Is there a way for me to force a search/move from the complete folder to their TV folder?

Under the show history I can see that files were grabbed. SAB shows they were successfully downloaded.

In the history I can see “user invoked search” but nothing after that and no import.

not sure what has changed recently!

Looks like they’re being processed, but rejected because of being unexpected, likely due to XEM mappings and the mess that both Pokemon and American Dad can be.

For those you should be able to clear things out with some manual invervention by using Manual Import (the human icon) from Activity: Queue.

If there are other files not importing you check why they’re not importing via that way as well, though they’ll also show in Activity: Queue with the reason they’re not importing (hover over the status icon on the left).

Those ones are missing from the folder so I understand the errors. The downloads I am referring to are gone from the queue and now in history. They have a grey cloud with a down arrow. hovering over does nothing, but the (i) on the right side says “user invoked search” I have many files sitting in the complete folder like this

If they’re not in the Queue then Sonarr has no knowledge of them.

Are they still in your download client’s queue/history under the correct category?

yes the client has them in history as complete and in the correct category

EDIT:

Found the issue. For anyone else dealing with this the queue has a maximum number of items it can have. Once I began manually importing files, the list brought it more!
