Files not getting deleted after they copy into the folder

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: win 7
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
Every so often I notice some random video files sitting around in the folder that files get downloaded to. I will then check the folder for the actual TV Show and I will see the exact same file in the proper folder. So Sonarr seems to be taking the file and putting it where it belongs, but it’s leaving the original file behind. Is there any way to figure out why this might be happening?

It doesn’t happen often and doesn’t seem to be the same shows. I don’t generally notice when it happens until day later when I just stumble upon it being there.

Do I need to turn on Debug Logging and just let it run until I notice it happens again?

Thanks.

Assuming its for a seeding torrent because thats the only time Sonarr will copy, which is explained in the ((FAQ)).

I turned on the Remove Option under Completed Download Handling so I’ll see if that makes the problem go away.
Thanks.

If the torrent is still seeding it won’t make a difference, but if it will when it finishes seeding.

The one I found yesterday had been done for at least 5-6 days so it was definitely done seeding. I’ll keep an eye on it.
