Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.15.2941 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): OS: Debian 12 Debug logs: Description of issue: How to get rid of “www.UIndex.org -” in a filename
A lot of torrent files are showing up that have “www.UIndex.org -” in front of the actual file name. Some l33t release group must find it interesting to put their website in every file they seed. Very annoying.
So, how do I get rid if this? Is it possible to use Episode renaming to strip that from the filename?
Yes, you can get rid of it easily via the renaming options in Sonarr. Enable automatic renaming and Sonarr will rename the files with the correct format without keeping this kind of prefix. It works perfectly in my house!
