Failed NZB episodes not clearing from /sonarr/activity/queue page

Description of issue: Failed NZB episodes not clearing from /sonarr/activity/queue page.

Your logs aren’t debug logs, but if you hover over the icon on the left side of Activity: Queue it should tell you why it is failing.

The not grabbed by sonarr ones are interesting, because these are NZB’s grabbed by sonarr when previous NZB’s have failed. Furthermore, they’ve been imported successfully by sonarr.

There are a few scenarios where that will happen

  • Sonarr didn’t actually grab them
  • Sonarr grabbed them, but the ID changed (manually retrying in SABnzbd will do that)
  • The series was removed from Sonarr and history for all episodes in that series was lost so it doesn’t know it grabbed them before

They were grabbed by Sonarr’s Failed Download Handling and have since completed in NZBGet and been imported by Sonarr

Are they still sitting in NZBget’s history failed? Sonarr’s queue is built from the download client’s queue and history. Removing them from the download client will remove them from Sonarr’s queue.
